After eliminating the comments indicated in the refusal, the notification can be submitted to the inspection again. Please note that in this case, construction work can be started on the second day after the document is sent or a description of its acceptance is issued to the “Transparent Office” TsNAP, as it is of a notification nature. If the class is defined as SS2, the documents are also submitted to DABA. However, in this case, it is necessary to have a working project and, in some cases, passing the state. examinations
In the event that class SS2, SS3, the following documents are submitted to the DABA:
- statement of the established model;
- documents for the land plot (right of ownership or use);
- project documentation for the execution of construction works, which has passed the examination;
- a copy of the building title if the existing building is being renovated. If the documents are not submitted by the owner of the building, then his written consent may be required;
- the original and a copy of the contractor’s construction license;
- copies of documents on the appointment of the author and technical supervision of the construction;
- a notarized copy of the qualification certificates of designers and engineers of authorship and technical supervision of construction.
