“Among residential complexes, the Respublika residential complex from KAN Development is the most favorite. Standards are met, fire engine lanes, organized water drainage, sprinkler faucets hidden in the facade walls, grills for air conditioners, a barbecue area, a sports field, a lot of greenery, all the details are thought out, and most importantly – implemented. The manufacturer – liked the solution and design, but there were few visitors. The River Mall shopping center is an inexpensive, but attractive shopping center. Convenient and well-thought-out in terms of navigation. Parking is not loaded,” – Lina Nevolya, CEO of UBPR.

“I liked the UNIT.City business-residential microdistrict. The idea is cool, the solutions are creative. Everything is made of expensive materials and labor-intensive to implement solutions that give a feeling of comfort when staying. For example, a fountain and a brick wall across the water right at the door of the cafe is nice; a large parking lot within the complex is also very nice. There is a lot of creativity everywhere,” – Oleg Mazur, CTO UBPR and chief design engineer.

“This kind of trip significantly strengthens views on the implementation of ideas and allows us to create bolder projects. We specially chose those objects that are memorable and non-standard. New England became my favorite – elegant, deep, traditional, with the atmospheric values ​​of old England and the effect of being “not in dynamic Kyiv”.
