Logistics Terminal for New Post in Vinnytsia, designed by UBPR. Our team saved 90 tons of metal and 200 8m long piles in the structure.

The building of the logistics center consists of two parts: terminal and administrative and domestic.
The terminal part in the structural plan is a part with a load-bearing frame made of metal structures, which rests on free-standing columnar foundations, united by foundation beams. Columns are free-standing, metal, lattice construction, from four corners connected by metal bars, rigidly pinched in the foundation. The roof of the building is made of metal purlins (the purlins are trusses of paired angles) arranged in metal trusses of paired angles. The selection of trusses for columns is hinged. Rigidity of the frame is provided by the arrangement of portal ties and a hard disk cover made of sandwich panels.
The administrative and domestic part of the building is structurally a mixed-type building (combination of brick load-bearing walls with a monolithic frame). Foundations for brick walls – monolithic strip. Foundations for monolithic columns are columnar. The floor between the first and second floors is monolithic reinforced concrete, the floor above the second floor is prefabricated, reinforced concrete.Customer:Union PMCommercial real estate.
