Why do you need a building permit?

Construction permit and classes of consequences
Buildings and structures are divided into classes according to the following characteristics:
- insignificant level of consequences of CC1 (previously 1st and 2nd class);
- average level of consequences of SS2 (previously 3rd and 4th class);
- significant consequences CC3 (formerly 5th grade)
For each class of consequences, there is an algorithm for obtaining permission.
